Attention all customers - We are moving!

In November of 2007 we opened our new facility in Elgin to coincide with our Naperville facility. To better serve our customers we have decided to close our Naperville facility. Our offices and inventory will be shifted up to Elgin by the end of December 2008. Our manufacturing will continue out of Naperville until mid to late February of 2009. Our whole operation will be completely operational out of Elgin by the end of February 2009.

While consolidating, we will be able to have another delivery truck on the road daily. With all products coming from one central location we will be able to handle more business at an even faster rate. In Elgin we are supported by a 10,000 square foot warehouse and a 2,000 square foot office and showroom.

As we know change can be difficult, especially for our “will call” business in Naperville. We are committed to provide service on a daily basis that exceeds our customer’s expectations. Our focus has always been to service our customers to the best of our ability, and we will do everything in our power to make this transition as smooth as a as possible.
